Description

Kleen Sweep is an oil and fuel absorbent that uses capillary absorbent technology, designed for the industrial, commercial and automotive markets. Kleen Sweep is manufactured from recycled cellulose waste products and totally encapsulates and immobilises the spill so that the surface is left clean and dry.

Application

Kleen Sweep is recommended for use on all hard surfaces to absorb petrol, oil and diesel spills. It can be used on animal, vegetable, mineral and synthetic oils. One step ‘dry-clean’. The product is simply spread over the spill and swept back and forth until the surface is dry. The absorbent is the swept aside leaving no surface slick. No secondary detergent or solvent washes are necessary.

Recommended Usage Instructions

• Stop the spill at the source (e.g. turn of valve or tap, pick up overturned container).
• Surround outer edge of spill with Kleen Sweep or absorbent booms.
• Cover the entire area of the spill with Kleen Sweep.
• Sweep the spill area back and forth until the floor surface is dry and no surface slick remains.
• The powerful wicking properties of the sorbent lock up the liquid in a matter of seconds.
